Recorded during the exhibition Gothenburg Dreamtime which was held at Cinnober Teater in Gothenburg, Sweden in May 2014. Contributing artists were: Jonas Lindgren, Fredrik Eytzinger, Johnny Jakobsson, Jimmy Elwing.

From the Exhibition Catalogue:
"Gothenburg Dreamtime depicts the mythical stratum of Gothenburg, an atemporal layer sensed by the artist throughout the completion of the paintings. In comparison to human civilisation bound to the historical ebbs and flows of the earth, nature, and its citizens, the Dreamtime is described by Idehall as a nexus of all things past, present and future, containing not only the foundation of the city but also its imminent destruction, simultaneously.
Gothenburg Dreamtime invites us to experience Idehall’s unique art as a portal to the mythical side of the city. He masterly explores dichotomies such as light and darkness, proximity and distance, and organic textures that appear non-organic, through his artistry. The exhibition not only invites us to experience Gothenburg as it was envisioned by Idehall, but also offers us a unique insight into the non-cerebral and animalistic sensitivity of a contemporary artist."

This is a beautiful ambient album, unsuspecting from the ominous song titles. Yet, Nordvargr successfully wraps tentacles around nerves through speakers when I thought it was safe, but the process of creation itself releases them. An expression of concerntration only possible from mounting chaos and terrifying anxiety. How strange panic and terror channels such finesse. hello swirl
